What Are the Required NEET Cutoff Marks to get Admission in AIIMS?
The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) is a prestigious group of government medical institutes in India. AIIMS Delhi, in particular, is known for being the most competitive branch to get admission into. In the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF), AIIMS Delhi has consistently secured the top position in the medical category.
To have a good chance of getting admitted to AIIMS Delhi, if you belong to the General Category, you should aim for a minimum score of 675 (680+ is recommended). If you belong to any of the Reserved Categories (OBC/ST/SC), you would need to score at least 650 to secure a seat for the MBBS program. In other words, you should aim for a minimum of 98 percentile to increase your chances of being selected. To see NEET Brochure.
Starting from the NEET UG 2020 exam, AIIMS has stopped conducting its own entrance exams and has become a participating institute in NEET UG. This means that aspiring students will have to take the NEET UG exam to be considered for admission to AIIMS.
